The Music Aficionado

Music is a fundamental part of who I am. Since I was very young, I have dabbled with instruments and choir and I've been developing my ear and my appreciation since before I was a teenager. I love music from many genres. I couldn't have survived this life and all its challenges without music.

One of my favorite groups is Beach House. They mix dream pop/shoegaze with modern sounds and I'd have to say this is my favorite modern artist, just in terms of how often I play their music. Their newest album, "Once Twice Melody" doesn't fail to deliver and has taken their sound to new heights.

I recently got a bass guitar and I'm learning how to play. Other instruments I've dabbled with include keys, vocals, woodwinds and I've dabbled on the production end with software like Ableton.
